Carson City, Nevada - Governor Brian Sandoval named Anthony Marnell, III to the Nevada State Athletic Commission. Marnell, III will serve the duration of the term left vacant after the passing of T.J. Day which ends October 31, 2014.
“I am proud to appoint Anthony Marnell, III to the Nevada Athletic Commission,” said Governor Brian Sandoval. “His experience will prove to be an asset to the Commission, and I am pleased he has agreed to serve."
Anthony Marnell, III has formally served on the State Board of Equalization. He is currently the President of the M Resort Spa and Casino. Anthony is also the owner and manager of Marnell Gaming which owns the Colorado Belle Hotel and Casino, Edgewater Hotel and Casino, and the Laughlin Event Center in Laughlin, Nevada.
