Las Vegas, Nevada - On February 21, at approximately 8:01 PM, a fatal traffic collision occurred on Rainbow Boulevard at Spring Valley Parkway North. Evidence at the scene and witness statements indicated that a pedestrian was crossing Rainbow in a westerly direction, outside of a marked crosswalk, and against the pedestrian signal.
