Las Vegas, Nevada - On November 16, 2020 at approximately 8:47 a.m., LVMPD officers responded to reports of a hit and run collision that occurred at Valley View Boulevard and West Desert Inn Road. Patrol officers located the suspect in close proximity to the collision and detained him.

Nashville, Tennessee - Former supervisory corrections officer Mark Bryant, 42, was sentenced Thursday to five years in prison for repeatedly tasing a restrained pretrial detainee inside the Cheatham County Jail in Tennessee. In January 2020, a jury in the Middle District of Tennessee convicted Bryant of two counts of violating Title 18, U.S. Code, Section 242, for using excessive force while acting under color of law.
