Las Vegas, Nevada - On April 23, 2021, at approximately 5:54 a.m., a fatal traffic collision occurred on North Lamb Boulevard near the Cecile Avenue intersection. Evidence at the scene and witness statements indicated a gray 2015 Nissan Rogue was traveling north on North Lamb Boulevard south of the intersection with Cecile Avenue. A white 2015 Nissan Versa was traveling south on North Lamb Boulevard, north of the intersection with Cecile Avenue. The driver of the Rogue failed to maintain his vehicle's travel lane resulting in the Rogue veering to the left.

Las Vegas, Nevada - On April 19, 2021 at approximately 10:45 a.m., officers were dispatched to a residence located in the 2400 block of West Wigwam Avenue for a report of a deceased female. Officers arrived and were directed to a room where a woman was found shot to death. The investigation by the LVMPD Homicide Section indicates the victim had not been heard from in a few days.

Las Vegas, Nevada - On April 15, 2021, at approximately 8:57 a.m., an auto versus motorcycle traffic collision occurred on S. Nellis Boulevard north of E. Flamingo Road. Evidence at the scene and witness statements indicated a 2016 Victory motorcycle was traveling northbound Nellis Boulevard north of Flamingo Road. A Chevrolet Colorado pick-up truck was exiting westbound from the private drive of 3890 S. Nellis Boulevard crossing the northbound travel lanes of Nellis Boulevard to go southbound. The motorcycle collided with the left side of the Chevrolet Colorado. The operator of the Victory motorcycle had visible signs of injury and was transported by ground ambulance to Sunrise Trauma for further medical treatment.

Las Vegas, Nevada - On February 21, 2021, at approximately 11:01 a.m., an auto versus auto traffic collision occurred at the intersection of Tropicana Avenue and Torrey Pines Drive. The preliminary report indicated that a 2008 Dodge Caliber was traveling westbound on Tropicana Avenue approaching the intersection. According to a witness, the 2005 Lexus ES 330 started to turn left when the traffic signal displayed a solid red light and entered the intersection. As a result, a traffic collision occurred when the front of the Dodge impacted the left side of the Lexus. Only the driver of the Lexus was transported to the hospital from the scene.

Las Vegas, Nevada - A Las Vegas man was sentenced on Wednesday to 13 years in federal prison for selling methamphetamine and firearms, announced Acting U.S. Attorney Christopher Chiou for the District of Nevada, Special Agent in Charge Aaron C. Rouse for the FBI, and Special Agent in Charge Patrick Gorman of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
